Pretoria - President Jacob Zuma has wished the Muslim community well as they celebrate Eid-ul-Adha on Friday.
"As you offer your sacrifices during this spiritual time, I wish that the almighty answers your prayers and fulfils all your dreams on this Eid-ul-Adha and always," Zuma said in a statement.
Muslims use this time to reflect on the year gone by to look at their challenges and achievements and to also express gratitude on their blessings, the gift of life and good health.
They also use this time to focus on the less fortunate, reaching out to those around them in the form of doing community work and praying for others. - SAnews.gov.za
