Pretoria- President Jacob Zuma, together with other Heads of State who are members of the African Union adhoc Panel on Libya, will head to Libya on Sunday said the Presidency.
The panel is tasked with finding a political solution to the problems currently facing that country.
The Committee has been granted permission by NATO to enter Libya and to meet in Tripoli with Libyan leader, Muammar Gaddafi. The AU delegation will also meet with the Interim Transitional National Council in Benghazi.
Key on the Agenda of both meetings will be the immediate implementation of a ceasefire from both sides and the opening of a political dialogue between the two parties.
The President will be accompanied by the Minister of State Security Dr Siyabonga Cwele.-BuaNews
