50 public viewing sites for SONA

Pretoria – The Government Communication and Information System (GCIS) will be hosting 50 live viewing events across the length and breadth of the country to ensure that all South Africans have access to President Jacob Zuma’s State of the Nation Address.

President Zuma will deliver his address on Tuesday at 7pm to a joint sitting of Parliament. He is expected to outline his administration’s plans for the coming years.

At the viewing sites, members of the public can expect a number of activities in the build-up to the main event, including information sessions and career exhibitions.

There will be viewing events in the following local municipalities:
