Acting Judge of the Constitutional court appointed

Pretoria - President Jacob Zuma has appointed retired Judge of the Supreme Court of Appeal, Justice Robert Wolseley Nugent, to act as a Judge of the Constitutional Court.

Justice Nugent will act in the position for the period 3 November to 30 November 2015, the Presidency said on Wednesday.

President Zuma has wished Justice Nugent all the “best in the fulfilment of this critical national task”. – SAnews.gov.za
