Pretoria - Orlando Pirates goalkeeper Moeneeb Josephs and speedy winger Tlou Segolela have been withdrawn from the Bafana Bafana squad to face Niger due to injury.
South Africa will take on Niger in a crucial 2012 African Cup of Nations qualifier on Sunday in Niamey, Niger.
Josephs is suffering from a shoulder injury, while Segolela is struggling with a knee injury. The Orlando Pirates duo, along with midfielder Oupa Manyisa, went for an MRI scan on Monday.
Manyisa was cleared, while Segolela and Josephs were declared unfit to continue with camp.
Josephs's place will be taken by Sean Roberts of Ajax Cape Town, who is expected to arrive in camp today to join two other goalkeepers, Itumeleng Khune and Wayne Sandilands.
Segolela will not be replaced.
