Pretoria - Former President Nelson Mandela continues to respond to treatment, says the Presidency.
In a statement on Thursday, it said Madiba was still in a critical but stable condition at the Medi-Clinic Heart Hospital in Pretoria.
He was admitted to the hospital on 8 June for a recurring lung infection.
President Jacob Zuma visited the former statesman earlier on Thursday. – SAnews.gov.za
