Durban - The match that is touted as the king of all group matches will take place in front of an expected capacity crowd at Moses Mabhida Stadium when Portugal and Brazil do battle in their final Group G game.

Five time world champions Brazil have qualified for the next round and Portugal in second place need a draw to book their place in the last 16.

Brazil though will want to ensure they top the "group of death".

The Samba Boys beat North Korea in their first game 2-1 and then defeated Ivory Coast 3-1.
Portugal, who went on a 7-0 rampage against North Korea, drew with Ivory Coast in their first group match.

Portugal's demolition of North Korea ensured that Carlos Queiroz's men ended up with a very healthy goal difference.

Ivory Coast could stop the Portuguese but would need to score nine goals. In addition, Brazil will have to defeat Portugal.

While the platform has been set for some scintillating football, fans will be disappointed to not catch Brazilian playmaker, Kaka, in action.

The Real Madrid midfielder is serving a one match suspension after being booked in the Ivory Coast encounter.

Brazilian coach Dunga is likely to bring in Julio Baptista to replace Kaka, while Dani Elves might come in for the injured Elano.

Queiroz has no other injury concerns except Deco who has been ruled out of the crucial clash. Deco has failed to recover from a hip injury.

Portugal, unbeaten in their last 17 games, lost to Brazil 6-2, the last time the two sides met in 2008.

The two nations have met previously to contest 18 matches - Portugal won four, Brazil twelve and two games have been drawn.
