Sunday, October 9, 2016

Pretoria - The Presidency says it has noted the decision by the Constitutional Court to refuse to hear the application for leave to appeal at this stage.

The application was brought by the National Prosecuting Authority in respect of the review proceedings relating to corruption charges against President Jacob Zuma.

“The President awaits the decision of the Supreme Court of Appeal in respect of a petition which he launched on the same matter,” the Presidency said in a statement. – SAnews.gov.za
