Pretoria – The Presidency has created a special email address to ensure that all messages of condolences for the late Public Service and Administration Minister, Collins Chabane, reach the President and the Chabane family.
This is in addition to the condolence books that have been placed in various areas across the country.
Members of the public can send their messages to communication@presidency.gov.za.
All messages will be collated into a book that will be delivered to the Chabane family.
The email line is open for condolence messages until Sunday, 22 March 2015.
“We also encourage the public to use our social media platforms,” the Presidency said.
The social media campaign on Twitter and Facebook will run from today, 17 March until 22 March.
Members of the public are requested to use the following accounts @PresidencyZa on Twitter and the Presidency of the Republic of South Africa Facebook page.
The hash tag to be used is #RIPMinChabane.
